Gordon's first real estate deal was a 4,000 square feet commercial building in Southampton, New York, seventeen years ago. Over the years, Gordon has also owned several houses and condos in New York City and a house in the Hamptons as both investments and personal residences. In the past decade, he has been involved in one of Chelsea's most anticipated new development project at 520 West 19th Street and a boutique condominium project in the heart of SoHo, The Bayard at 76 Crosby Street.

Born and raised on the Upper East Side of Manhattan where he still resides, Gordon's extensive knowledge of Manhattan has allowed him to broker transactions in all parts of the city, including the Upper East Side, Upper West Side, Midtown, the Flatiron district, Gramercy, Chelsea, SoHo, Tribeca, the West Village, Greenwich Village, the Lower East side, and the Financial District. He loves the energy and everything New York City has to offer, including its incredible mix of real estate which he now has the pleasure of selling.
